14 Days Balanced Healthy Diet Plan – Get Rid of 9 Pounds

This 11 days balanced healthy diet plan allows you to lose about 9 pounds in 14 days. This diet plan can be used as a vegetarian diet plan as well.
It is recommended to consult health care professional
before beginning any new diet.

Here are the basic rules of 14 days balanced healthy diet plan:

Daily dose of fat-free milk with a tea or coffee is 250 ml. Water - to drink as much as you can but give preference to non-carbonated mineral water. It’s allowed to have a glass of dry wine or champagne once a day.

Males can also follow the recommendations of this diet, but they must add to their daily meals two slices of black bread with margarine and 125 g of boiled potatoes.
Also it’s allowed to change glass of wine for glass of light or dark beer.

First thing in the morning, drink glass of water and lemon juice 50/50.

Breakfast:
25 g sugar free flakes and fruit salad made of one apple, one orange, melons, raspberries or bilberries. Between breakfast and lunch you can eat something sweet: a small warm bun; small chocolate bar.

Lunch:
A large portion of mixed salad of unlimited vegetables and non-sweet fruits plus one of the following main dishes:
- 175 g of boiled potatoes, 12 g of margarine and 12 g of grated cheese;
- 75 g of ( in dry form) any pasta, canned tomatoes, garlic, fresh vegetables and 50 g of tuna or shrimp;
- Canned peach and 100 grams of cottage cheese.

Snack:
An apple or pear.

Dinner:
A large portion of lightly boiled vegetables (without oil) and one of the following main dishes:
- 150 g of fish baked in foil with onion and green pepper, sprinkled with lemon juice;
- 125 g of cooked beans and toast made of black bread;
- 75 g of (dry form) pasta, 75 g of shrimp or tuna, canned tomatoes, garlic, fresh vegetables;
- Stewed cauliflower with cheese sauce (cheese sauce recipe: 12 g of margarine, tablespoons of flour, 250 ml of milk and 25 g of low-fat cheese.
